Hulk Hogan - Bollea Calls For Hogan To Be Locked Up

HULK HOGAN's estranged wife LINDA BOLLEA has filed an emergency court motion asking a Florida judge to throw the wrestling legend in jail - for failing to pay her the agreed $4.2 million (GBP2.1 million) to buy an apartment in Las Vegas.

The pair has been embroiled in a bitter war of words since Linda filed for divorce from Hogan - real name Terry Bollea - last November (07) after 23 years of marriage.

At a hearing in April (08), Hogan was ordered to hand over the cash to Linda to finalise the buy, which they had been in the process of purchasing when he was hit with divorce papers.

The judge ruled Hogan must pay to complete the deal, after which the condominium would be considered a shared asset. The division of assets is to be decided at a later date.

However, according to legal documents filed on 2 June (08) and obtained by website TMZ.com, Linda claims Hogan is in contempt of court because he has still not paid for the pad.

And she wants him locked up - in the same jail where their 17-year-old son Nick is currently serving his eight-month sentence for felony reckless driving charges.

In the papers, Linda's attorneys urge the court to: "Find the Husband (Hogan) in willful civil contempt of Court for his failure to comply with the terms of the Court's Order Approving Stipulation as to Las Vegas Condominium Contract and for Related Matters."

They also call for the judge to: "Incarcerate the Husband in the Pinellas County Jail until he performs all necessary acts required by the existing Court Order, including providing the necessary funds to the Closing Agent and obtaining title to the aforementioned real property in joint names of the Husband and the Wife (Linda)."

Demi Moore's bloodsucking leech treatment

Demi Moore underwent a bloodsucking leech treatment in a bid to stay young and healthy.
Speaking to David Letterman on 'The Late Show' on Monday, 45-year-old Moore admitted constantly searching for "the cutting edge in health and healing" and had the therapy during a stay at an Austrian spa last week.
Talking about the leeches, she said: "These aren't swamp leeches; they were highly trained medical leeches. High level bloodsuckers."
Explaining the purpose of the therapy, she added: "It detoxifies your blood. And they have a little [blood thinning] enzyme that when they are biting down on you is released in your blood."
Describing the leech treatment, the actress said: "It crawls into your belly button and it bites down and then you relax and you watch it swell up and get fatter and fatter. And when its super drunk on your blood, it just rolls over like its drunk in a bar."
When asked how she felt after the experience, she replied: "At first you feel worse and then you feel better. [Now] I'm feeling very detoxified."
Moore is married to Ashton Kutcher, who is fifteen years her junior.

Jack Black, Cee-Lo cover 'Kung Fu Fighting'

Song headed for 'Kung Fu Panda' soundtrack

NEW YORK -- Jack Black and Gnarls Barkley's Cee-Lo have teamed up for a cover of Carl Douglas' 1974 hit "Kung Fu Fighting" for the soundtrack to "Kung Fu Panda," an animated film in which Black stars.

The track will hit digital outlets on May 27, with the full soundtrack, with score from Hans Zimmer and John Powell, due June 3 via Interscope. "Kung Fu Fighting," which also boasts the voice talents of Jackie Chan, Angelina Jolie and Dustin Hoffman, opens June 6 in the U.S.

"It was inspiring and an honor to have the opportunity to reintroduce the record to a brand new audience, sprinkled with a little of me on top," Cee-Lo said.

Douglas' original version of the song was a No. 1 hit on the Billboard pop singles chart. The enduring one-hit wonder has appeared in numerous films, including "Rush Hour 3," in which it is sung by actor Chris Tucker.

Herb Recordings Set To Rev Engine7

Scottish imprint Herb Recordings have announced that Engine7's debut full-length, "Me, But Perfect" will hit the shelves on June 30th. One of Glasgows best kept secrets, Engine7 is the brainchild of Alan McNeill, a stalwart of the netlabel scene with web releases on 12rec, Cold Room and LegoEgo.

Billed as a "triumph for organic instrumentation and digital innovation", McNeill was recently interviewed by Angry Ape where he discussed the unique concept behind his new album. "It's the soundtrack to a day in the life of my one year old daughter, all the events and mood swings from waking up in the morning to going to sleep at night" McNeill told us. "I wrote a song for each event, reflecting her mood" he continued.

With a self-styled "crushed cinematic electronic" sound, Engine7 has been compared to everyone from Sigur Ros, My Bloody Valentine, Mum and Tangerine Dream. "Me, But Perfect" will be available on June 30th in both digital and CD formats.

Sarah Ferguson - Ferguson Upset Over Beatrice Attack

Duchess of York SARAH FERGUSON has taken aim at the British press for poking fun at her teenage daughter BEATRICE, and giving her a weight complex.

Ferguson was appalled when Britain's tabloids turned Beatrice's body into a national talking point after publishing unflattering bikini shots of the royal.

The Duchess insists the pictures were shot to make her daughter look big.

She tells the BBC the 19-year-old is a healthy size 10, and those calling her daughter names in the tabloids should show more responsibility.

She rages, "The press has been absolutely outrageous, calling her such horrible names. I just think they ought to take more responsibility."

Ferguson herself struggled with weight problems for years and became a target of cruel journalists. She is now a spokesperson for slimming group WeightWatchers.

She says Beatrice is very upset over the unwelcome attention her new bikini shots have garnered. She adds, "I understand freedom of the press but what I don't understand is when it takes a regular, very healthy girl and tries to completely obliterate her confidence."

Museums, Art Houses Taste Ashes Of Universal Fire

The fire that raged through a city-block-sized area at Universal Studios over the weekend destroyed prints of classic movies that had reportedly been scheduled to be screened at museums, festivals and art houses in the near future. Today's (Wednesday) Los Angeles Times reported that striking a new print from a negative -- the negatives were stored at a separate location -- could cost $5,000 and take months to produce. It did not explain why the classic films required such a long processing time; conventional film prints can be -- and sometimes are -- struck off by laboratories virtually overnight. On Monday, the studio sent email messages to several theaters that had scheduled screenings of some of the films, saying that because of the fire, "we will be unable to honor any film bookings of prints that were set to ship from here." Published reports indicated, however, that the studio may have duplicate prints stored at other locations.
